If you are running 2560 x 1440, with low quality settings the Radeon RX 560 can still get by.

With high quality settings at 1440p, the Radeon RX 580~590 were hitting around the 60 FPS mark and those cards came out well ahead of the GeForce GTX 1060 but just behind the new GTX 1660 Ti.

Under ultra quality settings at 1440p, only the GeForce GTX 1080 Ti and RTX 2080 series were hitting around the 60 FPS mark or better.
