The Threaded I/O Tester is running slower with Debian GNU/kFreeBSD Jessie/Sid than it was with Debian GNU/kFreeBSD 7.2.0 stable. The performance with the FreeBSD 10.0 kernel was mainly the same with no real performance difference. All Debian GNU/kFreeBSD tests were done using the UFS file-system it defaults to rather than ZFS. With other FreeBSD 10.0 testing we will investigate the ZFS BSD performance in its latest form.

Compile Bench testing also revealed a disk/file-system slowdown on Debian GNU/kFreeBSD Jessie/Sid that's persistent with the FreeBSD 10.0 kernel.
