Examination:

The PowerColor Radeon HD 6450 is passively cooled with just an aluminum heatsink atop the "Caicos" GPU and this cooler being secured by four pushpins into the graphics card PCB. There is a two-fin pan header on the PCB if you are interested in upgrading the GPU heatsink to something that is passively cooled, but the stock heatsink should suffice for standard desktop usage, HTPC purposes, etc.

There is VGA, HDMI 1.4a, and dual-link DVI outputs on this graphics card.

On the back of the PCB there are two of the memory ICs visible.
