Overclocking The AMD AM1 Athlon & Sempron APUs

With the slightly increased clock frequencies for the four APUs, there's just very small improvements in the frame-rate when running Xonotic. It was just a few frames gain, though it works out to about 7% with this entry-level hardware.

Without needing to bump the voltages higher and the clock frequencies not being too much higher, the differences in the CPU temperatures were minimal to none for this basic testing.

The overall power consumption on the AC end as measured by a USB WattsUp power meter with the Phoronix Test Suite was also minimally affected.
