F1 2017 is another game where AMDVLK is much slower on the Radeon RX 590 than under the Mesa RADV driver, to much surprise and appears to be a regression for the official AMD Vulkan driver than the last time we've done such testing. The Vega performance meanwhile was comparable between AMDVLK and RADV.

F1 2018 with low quality settings saw the same performance on Vega between the tested driver configurations while the RX 590 performance was lower with AMDVLK.

When pushing F1 2018 to ultra high quality settings, which is running on Linux via Steam Play / DXVK, AMDVLK would hang during the loading screen on both graphics cards with this more demanding configuration. RADV was working meanwhile without a hitch.
