Gallium3D Continues Improving OpenGL For Older Radeon GPUs

The World of Padman performance has been improving slightly with succeeding Mesa/Gallium3D releases, but the performance changes aren't too much of a surprise considering the game's lax graphics abilities.

The Reaction Quake 3 performance for the Radeon HD 4870 was the best with Mesa 9.0.3, although versions 9.1 and 9.2 aren't regressed too heavily.

The current Mesa development code improves the R600 Gallium3D performance for the Radeon HD 4870 graphics card by about 6%.
