Intel Linux 3.3 To Linux 3.13 Kernel Benchmarks
For some computational benchmarks like TSCP and Himeno, the Linux 3.13 kernel is indicating a performance regression.
Tests of the Linux 3.14 kernel will come past the -rc1 release.
Similar to some of the other CPU benchmarks, the HINT test case also showed the Linux 3.13 kernel running slower than earlier releases. We will see when doing our first Linux 3.14 kernel benchmarks whether this issue can be reproduced on the HP Elitebook.
