With a basic SQLite benchmark, there wasn't much of a performance difference between 4.9 and 4.11 with only very minor changes in performance. Btrfs with its default CoW behavior was the slowest while XFS was the fastest on this lone Serial ATA 3.0 SSD for this embedded database benchmark.

With FS-Mark, XFS remained the fastest but it does seem to suffer from a regression with Linux 4.11 Git.

With the BlogBench write benchmark, EXT4 was the fastest but it has been getting slower with the newer kernel updates. EXT4 on Linux 4.11 is still the fastest while Btrfs is in a close second place followed by F2FS and then XFS.
