The FS-Mark test saw the lowest performance with Btrfs. There was some slight performance changes between Linux 3.18 and 3.19 to note with Btrfs and F2FS but nothing to definitively conclude.

Not much to see with Compile Bench... EXT4 was the winner for this test.

PostMark indicated a small slowdown for F2FS, but it still was the fastest file-system for this mail server disk benchmark.

Overall there wasn't much to see out of upgrading to the Linux 3.19 kernel on this SSD-based ultrabook and hoping for performance changes out of Btrfs, EXT4, XFS, or F2FS with stock mount options. While there were no major swings, there's non-performance-related exciting features to Linux 3.19.
