Intel Core i7 7820X Linux Benchmarks

Himeno is AVX-heavy and thus the current AMD offerings perform very slowly. The i7-7820X Skylake-X here was second, just behind the Core i9 top performer.

With the very basic Smallpt path tracer, the Core i7 7820X now fell behind several other AMD Ryzen and Intel CPUs, with this very small program largely just preferring high clock speeds and really doesn't make use of advancements in recent CPU microarchitectures.
