Overall, FreeBSD 12.0 was performing quite well and competitive for most workloads against the set of Linux distributions tested on this dual AMD EPYC 7601 server. It's great that with 12.0, FreeBSD is working out well on the Dell PowerEdge R7425. More FreeBSD 12.0 benchmarks on different hardware coming up soon.
