For the HDD-backed system between F20 and F20 updated for an EXT4 file-system there wasn't much in the way of performance changes, as would be largely expected for this stable and mature Linux file-system.

The OpenArena performance for the Radeon HD 4870 graphics card actually regressed by a few frames with the new Linux kernel and Mesa.

The Unvanquished game performance meanwhile went up a bit but when it comes to frame time it was doing worse on the newer kernel and Mesa.
