LLVM Clang 3.9.1, Clang 4.0 & GCC 6.3 With Intel's Clear Linux

With FFTW, GCC 6.3 remains noticeably faster than LLVM Clang 3.9/4.0.

When running the MAFFT molecular biology test, Clang 4.0 appears faster than Clang 3.9.1 and makes it more competitive to GCC6.

SciMark is a notorious test for compilers and here we see the composite score raise slightly with Clang 4.0.

With SciMark's Monte Carlo sub-test, Clang 4.0 now performs on-par with GCC 6.3.

But with at least some sub-tests, Clang 4.0 also regresses.
