Ubuntu 18.10 Performance Is Looking Up, But Clear Linux Still Leads In Many Tests

Clear Linux tended to still maintain a lead in the Redis tests with Ubuntu 18.10 not changing the performance much for this benchmark.

The Python performance in Ubuntu 18.10 is faster with PyBench even though it's just on a newer Python 3.6 point release rather than Python 3.7. Clear Linux though still tended to come out ahead with its Python 3.7 build.

Clear Linux also dominated in the PHP performance over Ubuntu.

The SciKit-Learn performance remains the fastest on Clear Linux with Ubuntu 18.10 hitting a very noticeable performance regression.
