SteamOS 3.5 Delivering Some Decent Performance Gains For The Steam Deck

The Unigine OpenGL benchmarks were showing some nice advancements in their performance on the Steam Deck with SteamOS 3.5.

Like with Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, it's with the more CPU-bound games where SteamOS 3.5 tended to make the biggest difference. With the relatively lightweight open-source Unvanquished shooter game there was some significant performance improvements to find with SteamOS 3.5.

The Xonotic first person shooter game that's also relatively lightweight was enjoying some very nice speed-ups with SteamOS 3.5 on Valve's Steam Deck.
