Lastly when running this racing game at 4K, the NVIDIA Windows vs. Linux numbers are nearly the same while Windows on Radeon was faster. The Radeon numbers on Linux had around a 20% frame-rate drop with the RX 580 or nearly 30% with the RX Vega 64, given the current state of the RADV Vulkan driver.

GRID Autosport was competitive with these four cards on Linux with regards to where they should be performing, but still well short of the Windows performance. These four graphics cards on Linux were running 64~69% their speed of Windows.

Shadow of Mordor at 1080p sees around 63~79% the performance on Linux as they do on Windows.

While at 4K, the Radeon cards have a slight advantage but still the RX Vega 64 is 82% the speed under Linux as it performs on Windows while the NVIDIA cards were 76~80%.
