Enabling mesa_glthread unconditionally also hurt Unigine Heaven.

While Unigine Valley performance was basically flat.

So there's a few games where mesa_glthread really helps the RadeonSI OpenGL performance, but in most of the Steam Linux games we were able to test, there wasn't much of an improvement and for some of the games did noticeably hurt the performance.
