Mesa GL Thread Testing With Pentium + Core i7 & RX 580 + R9 Fury

The ET: Legacy performance was slower with mesa_glthread when using the Core i7 7700K.

The Mad Max results were a bit of a mixed bag with some configurations showing small gains in performance while in others was a performance loss.

Overall the Mad Max results tended to perform the same or be at a loss.
