There's nothing to look at with the Intel "Ivy Bridge" HD Graphics performance with the Linux 3.14 kernel... There's not many kernel-side optimizations to make for Ivy Bridge with the Intel DRM driver, there's only some work left in Mesa, and Intel Linux developers these days are mostly focused on Valley View / Bay Trail, Haswell, and Broadwell hardware.
