Amazon Graviton3 vs. Intel Xeon vs. AMD EPYC Performance

The AMD EPYC instance was still coming out ahead of Graviton3 and Xeon Ice Lake for the Nginx web server.

The Apache HTTPD web server meanwhile continues preferring Intel Xeon Ice Lake while we'll see how some of these benchmarks evolve as the upstream software sees more AArch64 usage and optimizations.

Interestingly with Graviton3 the PHP performance surpassed the EPYC 7003 series instance while Xeon Ice Lake was still coming out in front.
