GCC 6.2/7.0 vs. LLVM Clang 3.9/4.0 SVN Compiler Performance

In other tests, the Clang 4.0 performance is mostly on-par with Clang 3.9.

Clang 4.0 does seem to do much better for the ebizzy workload.

Clang remains faster than GCC with the timed ImageMagick compilation benchmark.

Clang 4.0 was also faster with the timed PHP compilation task.
