A Closer Look At The AMDVLK vs. RADV vs. AMDGPU-PRO Vulkan Performance

F1 2017 with AMDVLK is where Vega sometimes has hangs and in the past AMDGPU-PRO has sometimes exhibited rendering issues, etc. RADV's performance here is competitive and is in fact what Feral Interactive lists as the official driver as when testing AMDVLK/AMDGPU-PRO with this Linux racing game shows up as an unsupported driver.

Vulkan Micro Tests

F1 2017 at 4K also remained competitive between RADV and the official AMD Linux Vulkan drivers. But AMDVLK is running a bit slower than AMDGPU-PRO, likely due to the differences in the shader compilation process. This is another test though where we see RADV still having much more room to optimize Vega's performance.

No real differences in the CPU usage results.
