RHEL 6.4 Beta Improves Microsoft Support
The first public beta of Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.4 is now available for testing. RHEL 6.4 is packing many changes, including the integration of Microsoft's virtualization drivers.
Among the features to Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.4 is System Security Services Daemon enhancements, the Parallel NFS (pNFS) client is in a technology preview state, Microsoft's Hyper-V Linux drivers have been integrated into RHEL, installation support for VMware/Hyper-V paravirtualization drivers, KVM virtualization virtio-scsi support, an optimized perf tool for the latest Intel CPUs, new system log features, and much more.
