In PyBench, it's beating the POWER9. This is a single-threaded test, so the higher base frequency helps.

Same story for PHP.

There's something wrong here. It looks like PTS was reading the cpu die sensor instead of the cpu sensor. When I checked the temps manually during some tests, the cpu sensor was reporting 80 C.
