The GtkPerf results were more of a toss-up, but generally the Catalyst driver was delivering faster 2D results than the open-source Radeon driver. Between Radeon EXA and GLAMOR for this HD 6000 series graphics cards, the results were mixed but overall GLAMOR was running quite competitively.
