Nouveau Driver Power Management Against The NVIDIA Blob

Now it is onto running OpenArena across the different NVIDIA GeForce 8/9 graphics cards and the two Linux drivers.

To no surprise at all, the proprietary NVIDIA driver is much faster for OpenGL than Nouveau Gallium3D.

When it came to looking at the CPU usage for the AMD Phenom II X3 while running OpenArena on the different GPUs / drivers, the results were mixed. The NVIDIA driver CPU usage was lower for the GeForce 9800GT and GeForce 8600GTS while it came out slightly higher than Nouveau for the GeForce 8500GT and GeForce 9500GT.
