NVIDIA vs. AMD OpenCL Linux Benchmarks With Darktable 2.2

With the Masskrug demo photo, the AMD results were less competitive with all of them coming behind a GTX 1060 and GTX 980 Ti, but ahead of the older Kepler and Maxwell GPUs. The R7 370 and HD 7950 were running around the same speed as these older GPUs, likely hitting some acceleration limitation.
