Windows 10 WSL: Ubuntu vs. openSUSE Leap Performance

Oddly with the C-Ray multi-threaded ray-tracer, the bare metal Ubuntu results are much slower than under Windows or with the results encountered by openSUSE in either form.

FLAC single-threaded audio encoding was a slightly slower under WSL.

While the LAME MP3 encoding performance was about the same.

OpenSUSE was outperforming Ubuntu in some of the glibc benchmarks.

The Glibc benchmark saw around the same performance in the two environments.
