It's important to keep in mind that the Orange Pi One is just a $10+ ARM SBC. For the price, it's delivering much greater performance than the Raspberry Pi Zero, but there isn't much more beyond that.

As a reminder, the Pi Zero is powered by a BCM2835 SoC that has just a 1GHz ARM11 core and 512MB of LPDDR2 SDRAM. The Orange Pi One meanwhile has four Cortex-A7 cores and 512MB of DDR3 RAM.
