The OpenSSL RSA 4096-bit signing performance was slightly better with OpenSolaris 2009.06.

Dcraw with its RAW to PPM image conversion was much faster than the other two test runs when it was built with GCC 4.3 on OpenSolaris 2009.06.

Building the Threaded I/O Tester on OpenSolaris 2009.06 seems to lead to a huge regression in its latency performance when it comes to four threads of 64MB writes.

When upping the thread count to 32 threads, there was no regression to be found, but in fact, both tests of OpenSolaris 2009.06 had better results over the 2008.11 release.
