Kicking things off with Doom 3, there's basically no performance change to look at for this aging id Tech 4 game that isn't demanding when using the proprietary AMD/NVIDIA Linux graphics drivers.

Lightsmark shows the OpenGL performance going up between the 304.xx and 310.xx Linux series where NVIDIA acknowledged the significant performance improvements. However, there was a significant performance regression from the NVIDIA 295.xx to 302.xx driver series for this OpenGL lighting benchmark and the 310 improvements largely even out this earlier regression.
