NAMD showed around the same level of performance between the two kernels but with much less power fluctuation and not nearly as high peak power consumption when using Linux 5.19.

The simdjson performance was about the same for that single-threaded test while conserving more power on Linux 5.19 while in other simdjson runs was trending to lower performance.

Sure enough, in all of the regressed workloads, the Linux 5.19 kernel at least the i7-1280P was pulling less power...

Linux 5.19 was quietly pulling less power than 5.18 but pulling back on the performance.
