The newer LibreOffice 6.4 release did offer a minor performance advantage on Fedora 32.

The RawTherapee photography software performance was flat.

The RSVG library performance meanwhile slipped on Fedora 32 but at least was faster than the original Fedora 31 state.

The newer Python 3.8.2 on Fedora 32 appears to help the PyBench performance.

Other Python workloads were also seeing faster performance on Fedora 32.
