First up, the incredibly basic OpenArena 0.8.5 ioquake3-derived game...

From start to finish, over the past three years the Radeon HD 5830 Cypress system was running 57% faster. However, where Fedora 23 ended was not the fastest point but it seems with the latest stable release updates the performance is slightly lower.

The newer OpenArena 0.8.8 release presents a similar story of great improvements over the past three years, but Fedora 23 with updates wasn't the most optimal result.
