The Ryzen 5 8500G could compile the Linux kernel in just over two minutes -- 125 seconds compared to the Intel Core i3 14100 taking 160 seconds.

The Ryzen 5 8500G with a 49 Watt average had the lowest power consumption of all tested CPUs while compiling the kernel. The Intel Core i3 14100 had a 61 Watt average.

The compile speeds weren't the fastest for the Ryzen 5 8500G but if you are after the best power efficiency for a CI/CD type low-end server, the Ryzen 5 8500G was very power efficient.
