AMD AOCC 4.0 Arrives For Squeezing More Performance Out Of Zen 4

As with past AOCC releases for Zen 1/2/3, AOCC 4.0 with Zen 4 helps in squeezing out additional performance beyond what is currently found in the upstream open-source compilers:

LLVM Clang 14 was building the software with AVX-512 and other new extensions enabled, so for this AOCC vs. Clang benchmarking it's looking at the impact of AMD's tuning/optimizations and not any ISA differences.
