More eBPF Improvements Heading To Linux 4.1

For those out of the loop, the Berkeley Packet Filter (BPF) has been extended beyond network packet filtering to becoming a universal in-kernel virtual machine.
Other new functionality for eBPF in Linux 4.1 includes support for packet classification and mangling in the traffic control (TC) subsystem, per the commits here and here.
There's also another S390 pull for Linux 4.1. With this second S390 architecture update, there's a new eBPF JIT compiler back-end for the s390x hardware.
