Great work by Samuel Pitoiset on these instruction pipelining improvements for Maxwell on Nouveau NVC0 along with exposing OpenGL 4.3. Sadly, Samuel won't be contributing many other patches to Nouveau for now since he's now working for Valve on the open-source AMD driver stack.
