Radeon RX 6600/6700/6800 XT: RADV vs. PRO Vulkan Driver Performance

With Batman: Arkham Knight that runs on Linux via Steam Play and through DXVK is rendered by Vulkan, the Mesa 21.3-dev RADV driver was offering consistently better performance than the current 21.30 "PRO" Vulkan driver.

The DiRT Rally 2.0 performance also running on Linux via Steam Play (Proton + DXVK) saw the performance vary between the two drivers having the same level of performance to RADV delivering better performance in other scenarios.
