RadeonSI Polaris: Mesa 12.0 vs. 13.0 vs. 17.0 vs. 17.1 Git

The Counter-Strike: GO performance at 1080p appears to be rather flatlined.

But when switching to 4K, there is actually a performance drop since Mesa 13.0 that has yet to be fully-recovered as of Mesa 17.1 Git.

With Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, Mesa 17.1 appears to show a regression with the performance taking quite a dive since Mesa 17.0 and back to around the Mesa 13.0 performance level.

Deus Ex: Mankind Divided with high quality settings also show the Radeon RX 470 appearing regressed on Mesa Git.

DiRT Rally also appears to show a performance regression with Mesa 17.1 Git on the RX 470.
