Here are some more OpenGL benchmark results from different OpenGL Linux games for those wondering how Mesa 13.0 vs. 17.0-dev is comparing on Skylake HD Graphics 530.

Some Linux games are seeing faster Intel Skylake performance with this current Mesa Git code.
