Intel's Clear Linux Still Outperforming Other Distributions For Mid-2020

Out of 136 tests run on the six Linux distributions tested, Clear Linux won 73 of them, or in first place 53% of the time. Coming in second was Debian Buster Testing and then Ubuntu 20.10 daily.

Finishing in last place most often was Ubuntu 20.04 LTS followed by Endeavour OS Rolling.

When taking the geometric mean of all the results, Clear Linux was the fastest followed by Ubuntu 20.10 and then Debian Buster. Clear Linux was about 4% faster overall than Ubuntu 20.10 daily or roughly 15% faster than the rest of the Linux distributions tested on this Intel Core i9 10980XE system.
