The RadeonSI Dynamic Power Management support still doesn't seem to be quite right with the HD 7950 not working at all and not seeing any benefits for the HD 7850 out of DPM. Fortunately for stable users, DPM isn't yet enabled by default. When running Unvanquished on the HD 7850 with Mesa 9.3-devel and Linux 3.11 we're now at 57% the speed of Catalyst while at 39% for the higher-end HD 7950 model.

Urban Terror is a rather basic ioquake3 game, but now it's running at around 70% the speed of Catalyst for both graphics cards.
