Running Mesa 9.2-devel + LLVM 3.3 SVN With The R600 Back-End

Here's what the system hardware/software configuration looked like when running these latest open-source Radeon Git benchmarks on the seven red graphics cards:

Now onto some results:

With Doom 3 (id Tech 4) there aren't too many dramatic changes in performance across the seven tested Radeon graphics cards. The fastest graphics card was the Radeon HD 6870 that got out slightly ahead of the Radeon HD 6590 "Cayman" GPU. Overall, though between the Radeon HD 6870 to Radeon HD 6950 there aren't too many dramatic changes in performance for this OpenGL 2.1 game.

The Radeon HD 5450 continues to show itself as a very weak GPU.
