ATI R300/400 Linux Performance

The Mobility Radeon X300 64MB GPU was inside a Lenovo ThinkPad R52 notebook that also contained an Intel Pentium M 750 processor, 2GB of DDR2 system memory, and 80GB hard drive. The software had also consisted of Fedora 7 with the Linux 2.6.22.4 kernel and X server 1.3. For these benchmarks we had also used Doom 3 and Quake 4 but with less demanding settings due to the difference in graphical computing power.

Above is a picture of how the Radeon X300 on Quake 4 looked with the fglrx 8.40 driver.
