In long-running workloads like GROMACS, there isn't much of a boost frequency difference to note.

The Appleseed renderer is a longer-running test but here there were some minor boost differences spotted.

Of all the tests run, only in a few cases were there regressions to performance. The Python PyBench test was one of the few cases seeing slightly lower performance. When looking at the peak frequency during that testing, it ended up being 100MHz lower than the previous BIOS/AGESA update.
