The default profile for the ThinkPad P14s Gen 4 led the Ryzen 7 PRO 7840U not being as power efficient as some of the other Ryzen SoCs but was still consuming less power than the Core i7 1280P Alder Lake laptop.

With the Zen 4 AVX-512 support, the Ryzen 7 PRO 7840U was working out very well for deep learning workloads.
