Java Benchmarks: OpenJDK 8 Through OpenJDK 19 EA, OpenJ9, GraalVM CE

OpenJ9 performed slower than the other tested JVMs when it came to the Bork file encrypter.

OpenJ9 also performed slower than the rest for the H2 DaCapo Benchmark. GraalVM CE yielded the fastest results here while OpenJDK 18 and 19 were both successfully the fastest OpenJDK versions tested.

DaCapo Benchmark's Jython test also showed OpenJDK 18 and 19 EA as having the slight lead over the older versions and alternative implementations.

In some of the benchmarks with Renaissance, OpenJDK 8 still was able to lead by narrow margins.
