Intel Iris Pro 6200 Graphics - i965 vs. Iris Gallium3D OpenGL Performance

With ET: Legacy, the open-source game continuing to advance Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory, the performance was largely flat on the various i965 driver combinations tested... And that's largely to be expected anyhow considering the Intel Broadwell support has been mature for years on Linux. When switching over to the Iris Gallium3D driver, this yet to mature Gallium3D driver was running at 70% the speed of the current official driver.

With the OpenArena game, the Iris Gallium3D performance was closer to 90% the speed of the i965 Mesa driver.

The Tesseract performance is also quite in decent shape with Iris Gallium3D considering Intel's new Gallium3D driver has yet to be well optimized.
