Fedora 15 Lovelock Has Been Released

Some of the other "fun stuff" about Fedora 15 is support for Btrfs as a file-system installation option (without needing any extra parameters or special settings), better crash reporting, higher compression of live images using XZ compression, improved power management, and much more.
Other exciting additions for the more technical users is the use of systemd by default, a dynamic firewall, SPICE integration with virt-manager, consistent network device naming, and improved support for encrypted home directories.
Some of the notable packages in Fedora 15 include LibreOffice, Firefox 4.0, KDE SC 4.6, Sugar 0.92, GCC 4.6, Linux 2.6.38, and much more. There's also RPM 4.9.0 as part of Fedora 15.
The Fedora 15 release announcement is available from the announcement list with download links for the various flavors of Fedora 15 "Lovelock" Linux.
Time to go play with Fedora 15 on a few test machines... More articles coming soon.
